We have to meet the standards that are set by our customers.  As those standards have evolved we have developed an approach to quality that we believe is second to none.

Text Box: ZEAL Clean Supplies has to take quality very seriously.  The very nature of our business and that of our core customers makes our packaging products critical elements of what they do.  Reliability and responsibility are fundamental requirements of everything that we do.
Since the earliest days of our business we were fully certified by BSI - currently as BS EN ISO 9001-2000.  A copy of our current certification is available to view by clicking on the box below.

Text Box: Every make-work order is triple checked before being passed to production areas (remember we only manufacture to customer orders / specs, nothing to stock!)
We have a full batch control process which allows us to identify and trace batches of goods we made down to 100 piece lots. Each lot with details of Raw Material batch, machinery used, Operators involved and Time/Shift/Date of production.
Every single job we make is subjected to Set-up checks,  Continuous In-Process checks and final Pre-Despatch checks.  All checks are recorded and retained for 6 years. Samples are taken at each check and retained for a minimum of 6 weeks.
For certain customers we retain manufacturing records and control samples from the job produced for a period of 7 years.
Alongside our ongoing change control procedures we also have an on-going Quality Risk Assessment procedure.
We have a rehearsed recall procedure that we have never needed to use
