Text Box: PLEASE GO TO OUR PRODUCTS FOR FULL DETAILS OF WHAT WE MAKE Text Box: EXPORT MARKETS We currently export more than 80% of everything we make and the main geographical markets that we serve are Asia (China, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore), The USA and Continental Europe.   NEW PRODUCTS In 2006 we decided to introduce a whole new range of Ultra-clean flexible packaging.  This was first shown to key customers in April 2007 and them exhibited for the first time at the Total Packaging Exhibition in England in May 2007. COMPANY STRUCTURE The company is still 100% owned by its management.  We have no external shareholders.  This allows us to be focussed on both our own and our customers requirements and with a small and integrated management team allows very quick reaction time.    Text Box: Text Box: A Brief History Text Box: By 1996 we had a fully established business.  Our certified cleanroom was fully functioning and we had built a customer base throughout the UK, Europe and in North America. CUSTOMER BASE Our customers had come from the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and the Semiconductor industries. QUALITY We had a fully developed quality system which not only met the requirements of BSI but met the much higher demands imposed by our customer base. PRODUCTION FACILITIES By 2000 we had outgrown our original production facilities.  We located to our existing site in West London where we were able to build new production lines in new cleanrooms.  We still have plenty of capacity on the lines we built then. In 2002 we expanded our sales representation in Europe and the USA and added new people to cover the rapidly growing markets in Asia. Text Box: ZEAL Clean supplies was founded in 1994 to serve the specific packaging needs of companies operating in very clean controlled environments.
